FEES AND PAYMENT
One-time Fees - A one off fee for your first taster session and your player profile activation will apply, when joining our coaching program. Prices vary depending on location in the UAE.
Subscription Fees:
1. Our standard monthly academy training subscription fee will vary depending on coaching centre in the UAE. Prices are disclosed upon invitation into the Academy. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
2. You must be signed up to our monthly credit/debit card subscription plan through the profile on our website (PFA Dashboard), this guarantees the child’s place with Pro Football Academy. (Pro Football Academy centres are usually closed on Bank Holidays and over a two-week period for Christmas and New Year. The monthly payments cover all scheduled UAE national holidays and 5-week calendar months), therefore you will be charged effectively for 48 weeks of the year. Any national holidays or other changes will be communicated by email.
3. You must add a new credit/debit card to your account on expiry or failure of your primary payment card. Players will not be permitted to attend should 2 consecutive monthly payments fail to be received.
Payment Processing:
We use Stripe Payments a third-party payment specialist who are compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). Stripe payments’ terms and conditions and privacy policy can be found on their website here.
4. All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are non-refundable in the event of your child’s absence. Fees are also non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, issues we deem to be detrimental to the Health & Safety of our coaches and players, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event outside our control (force majeure). Prices are subject to change on 30 days’ notice, please refer to your rights to cancel in the event you do not wish to continue with the coaching subscription following a price increase.

Our Commitment to Every Pro Football Academy Player
For the monthly subscription, your child will receive one training session per week that PFA Operate throughout the year. Training session durations will be a minimum 1 hour per week. We operate a ‘player-centred’ approach that delivers expert coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.
All our coaching is carried out in accordance with out Safeguarding Policy, which we recommend you view here.
Pro Football Academy Code of Conduct
All Players, Parents and Guardians that attend a Pro Football Academy centre must adhere to the Pro Football Academy code of conduct which can be found here. The Code of Conduct may be subject to change from time to time, we will notify you of any changes.
In addition to the above:
1. Players should be accompanied by a parent/guardian who should remain onsite for the duration
of the session. Parents/guardians should ensure that they are present for their child/children
registering in and out of the sessions with the coaching staff.
2. Along with their parent or guardian, all players must follow Health & Safety guidance given to
them by the coach and /or venue to keep everyone safe at all times.
3. We strongly recommend that all players purchase a full Pro Football Academy training kit,
available via our website through our preferred fulfilment partner.
Medical Conditions and Special requirements
If your child has any known medical conditions or special requirements, then please let us know at the time of booking and in any case on arrival to your first session. PFA may, from time to time, change the coach delivering your sessions. We always recommend you notify a new coach of any previously notified medical conditions or special requirements for your child. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of all players to notify Pro Football Academy of any medical conditions or special requirements by updating their player profile on the Pro Football Academy dashboard. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to notify Pro Football Academy of any special medical conditions which may be important for us to know about your child, including but not limited to: Allergies, fainting, convulsions, special medications, asthma, diabetes, bleeding, heart problems, back problems, and any others you specify.
By signing up for a subscription you are confirming you are aware of the nature and scope of the activities operated by Pro Football Academy. You are authorizing participation for your child to take part in the coaching sessions and fully understand that normal safety procedures will be implemented during the sessions. You certify that your child is medically and physically capable of participating in such activities. Pro Football Academy take no liability for any injuries occurred within the coaching session.
In the event of any player needing first aid assistance at a Pro Football Academy centre, our first aid trained coaches will provide any relevant treatment they deem necessary to help the player.
By signing up for a subscription you consent to the administration of first aid measures, as may be determined necessary by the first aider, including where necessary referral to a doctor and admission to hospital.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel a subscription by giving 30 days notice through your profile on our website, where you are able to commence the cancellation process and pay the remaining balance for your notice period. This final balance for your notice period will be calculated based on your billing date and will be payable at point of cancellation. Should you experience any problems, you can contact us via email at info@profootballacademy.ae stating your name, contact number, child’s name, child’s DOB, Academy venue and your reason for leaving.
Please note you need to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. Your child may still attend scheduled coaching sessions during this notice period. If after cancelling you then wish to re-instate your child’s place within our Academy, your place is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We also reserve the right to charge an administrative reactivation fee.
You have 7 days to confirm your cancellation and all outstanding balances must be cleared.
On rare occasions, Pro Football Academy may cancel a scheduled session or suspend your subscription where it is unable to resource the provision of coaching for reasons beyond its control. Where this is the case we will notify you in advance and you will not be charged.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pro Football Academy or any of its staff or officers have any liability whatsoever to any person for any direct or indirect cost, expense, damage or other loss of any kind whatsoever in connection with the coaching services provided under these terms. There are certain liabilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
We take the privacy of our players and their parents/guardians very seriously. For full information on what personal data we collect, how we secure it, and your rights please read our privacy policy here. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the use of photography and videography from training sessions to be used for marketing purposes such as social media, our Website, promotional literature and any press related content. If you do not want your child or participant to appear in such photography, please notify us upon arrival. Please see our Privacy Notice here for further details.
A player’s place at a Pro Football Academy is conditional upon the above Terms & Conditions being adhered to at all times.
